The North Bay Community Garden Coalition consists of local organizations and community members collectively interested in developing a sustainable culture of community gardening in North Bay. We want your input and partnership in making this goal a reality.

Mission

The North Bay Community Garden Coalition increases the establishment of community gardens in North Bay through partnerships, networking and education

Vision

Facilitate the creation of sustainable community gardens to address food security, foster healthy communities and be a centralized location for knowledge exchange about community gardening.

    I know someone who could donate like 6-7 tomato-trees. I would really like to see it in the community garden where they can be harvested and given to people in the community who need tomatoes and fresh produce period. I think it’s a great place to put them and they would need daily TLC.

    I truly believe in this kind of project. Its a wonderful thing to learn how to griw your own fresh produce. I think its also wonderful that everyone can participate in each part of the process all the while learning as you go. I cannot wait for this to finally take place.
